Tyler is a transplant from Seattle, WA, and has lived in Flagstaff on and off since 1996. He began his career in the real estate field in 2006, working with a title company at first and earning his Washington State real estate license in 2011.
In 2009, Tyler began a marketing company to help real estate agents improve the way they marketed homes during the height of Seattle’s real estate crisis. It was in this highly competitive buyer’s market that Tyler developed his system of best practices for marketing a listed property – practices that an agent in a nearly perpetual seller’s market (like Flagstaff is) would not have had to resort to.
Now a Flagstaff Area REALTOR®, S Tyler Hood’s skill set also includes 20+ years as a freelance graphic designer & photographer. Tyler also operates a website development and hosting company and so, has a deep understanding of online presence, print marketing, S.E.O., keyword research, Google P.P.C. and re-targeting ads with Facebook Pixel - all skills that are employed to market your listing.
